１. 観光ガイド楽しさ
このサイトは、私がインバウンド（訪日観光客）の観光ガイドをした後で、彼らが私のサービスを評価した文章の一覧です。原文は英語ですが、AI で翻訳しました。日本文の後に英語の原文を、添削しないで掲載しています。
インバウンドの現役の観光ガイドさんのお役に立てれば光栄です。また、一般の方にも楽しんでいただけたら嬉しです。
２. 最年長ガイドのプライド
私は72歳（2017年）の時に全国通訳案内士という国家資格を取得しました。10言語のうち私が取得したのは英語です。受験科目は英語、日本歴史、日本地理、および一般常識です。英語は筆記と英会話面接があり、TOEICで900点以上は試験免除、800点くらいなら合格圏内という難関です。同年の合格率は約16％でした。
同年の合格者のうち72歳というのは、確か上から2、3番目でした。しかし、私より年上のお二人のご活躍は耳にしませんでしたので、私が最年長の現役ガイドをしていたことになります。
私は、日本観光を希望する外国在住の外国人と、日本の全国通訳案内士（国家資格）のマッチングサイトに所属していました。同サイトには私の（全国通訳案内士個人個人の）をページがあり、そこには自分のPRポイントが動画と英文で紹介されています。また、ご案内したお客さまの、私のサービスに対する評価も掲載されています。
2-1. 人気ナンバーワン・ガイド
お客さまによるガイド評価は、ガイドの後、5点満点で評価され、コメントが添えられます。私はこれまですべて５点です。５点を頂戴するのはかなり難しく、帰国子女並みの英会話能力があっても、なかなか頂戴できません。私は、英会話能力とガイド能力は別物だと思っています。
2018年には、所属するマッチングサイトで、人気ナンバーワンのガイドになりました。
これらに加え、私が企画したツアープランもたくさん紹介してあります。
訪日希望者は、これらをチェックして希望する全国通訳案内士へサイト経由で連絡をします。旅行プランは二通りあります。
ひとつは、白紙状態のところへ、彼らの希望を織り込んだプランを作り、メールでやり取りして細部を詰めるというものです。二つ目は私が企画した出来合いのプランです。変更は自由自在です。
こうしてツアーが実施され、終わった後で彼らが感想などを書き寄せます。本サイトはそのご紹介になります。
３．ガイド、マサートさんは素晴らしい （投稿一覧）

「私たちの夢の旅を締めくくってくれた日本旅行」
返信が遅くなってすみません。アジアを2か月にわたって旅行する長旅を終えて帰宅したとき、私たちは体調があまり良くありませんでした。

横浜でクルーズ船に乗り、日本を12日間かけて旅行しました。そして、もっと日本を楽しみたいと思い、東京に3日間滞在することにしました。

正人さんは東京をよく知っていて、明治神宮では神道の文化や歴史的な見どころ、そして神社での正しい作法や、神聖な場所での振る舞いについて説明してくれました。とても思い出に残る訪問でした。
最後はティータイム(***)でした。ちょっと豪華でしたが、それだけの価値がありました。パティシエ（お菓子作りとデザインの専門家）が作ったものをいただき、厳選されたお茶も味わいました。

(*) この方々はドイツ人夫婦で船で横浜港に着きました。事前に調べたら船が大きいので大桟橋を使えず、大黒ふ頭を使うことになっていました。大黒ふ頭のどこへ着岸するのか、またその後の交通手段（タクシー、バス）がどうなっているか心配で、前日に現地調査に行ってきました。事前調査もしないで、当日になってお客さまと右往左往するのは、観光ガイドの資格なしです。

Sorry for a late reply. We did not feel well when we got home after this long journey for two months in Asia. However, our trip in Japan culminates our dream travel. We picked up our Cruise line in Yokohama and traveled around Japan in 12 days. We were hunger for more and decided to make a three-day stops in Tokyo. I search well to find GoWithGuide for a full guided one day tour with Mr Masato. Perfect. He is the right person to travel with and he guided us on the spots we like. My husband wants to see the famous bronze statue of Hachico, the famous Akita dog in Shibuya. This town has a lot to offer: famous Shibuya Crossings, which again me husband has to make his own marked on the famous crossings and the food/tour places. Mr Masato knows Tokyo well, at the Meiji Shrines, he shared the Shinto culture, landmarks and proper ways and observing respected places. A very memorable stop. “Sensoji and Woodworking with Masato was great!”

“delightful experience”
Masato accompanied our party of 3 adults (parents and adult child) around Tokyo for 3 days. We saw everything we requested and he made some worthwhile suggestions. He arranged for lunches that met our complex and demanding dietary requirements. We had read up through guidebooks on many of the sights we visited but he still added much. Masato seamlessly took us around on the subway system and occasionally, won some a bus. We used a cab a couple of times when the time savings were worth the extra cost. “Most fun tour guide ever!”
Masato has an extreme wealth of knowledge in Tokyo . He went above and beyond for our group in the 2 days we were with him. We went for cherry blossom and he knew exactly where to take us. He knew exactly what to do and where to take us the whole time. He is such fun, very funny man too and a TV star – he said if we miss him we can watch him on TV!!! We had the most wonderful day in Kamakura with Masato. He was extremely prompt and efficient in his response upon initial contact. I let him know what my husband and I wanted to see, and within hours, I had a spreadsheet detailing every step of our trip, including how we would be traveling, duration for each part (whether it be walking, taxi, along with any expenses we may incur. It was an extremely well-thought out itinerary and route. He even went to the pier at Yokohama in advance to check a meeting point. We began by seeing Shinjuku from 45 floors high in the Tokyo Metropolitan Building before we walked to the train station. Our day was spent traveling using public transportation and walking through many beautiful cities/areas in Tokyo. Every place was exciting and interesting (and delicious) thanks to Mr. Masatos’ guidance and knowledge of all things Japanese. I hope to return again and meet for more adventure. Thank you very much!

“Large group Australian School children/adults”
Masato was a fantastic tour leader, very well organised, excellent local knowledge with a solid English ability. He went above and beyond to ensure the full day tour was age relevant, interesting and educational for the group. Previous to taking the tour, he did research on the areas visited and the group thoroughly enjoyed their full day exploring Tokyo. He comes highly recommended.

“Landmarks in Tokyo”
I must say, Mr. Masaro was so knowledgeable and friendly it felt like he was a member of our family showing us his city. We went to the Fish Market and were astounded at the number of vendors, even on a Sunday. After the market, we visted many other must see places in Tokyo, ending with the Pokemon Store for my daughter. Mr. Masato, many many thanks to you for a wonderful, memorable day in the city it is obvious you love. We now have a love for the city we didn’t have before. Thank you…….and domo arigato.

One day Tokyo & Five days Kyoto
“A masterful guide”
Masato was simply the best. We spent five days together and each day was well planned and enjoyable. Having him with us made our time in Japan incredible.
